Hi! My name is Antonio and I am a 26 year old journeyman chef from a
tiny town in the deep south of Italy. I joined the group to take part in the herbalism project as my goal is to understand foraging, sustainable agriculture and anything else needed to live with as little environmental impact and reliance on purchasing as possible. I am also an avid camper, reader and intensely passionate about history and cultural heritages; all thirsts that can be quenched under the shade of these gorgeous Transylvanian forests!
