A Summer-Ending “Hunt for Happiness”: Our Next Youth Exchange Is All About Dopamine!
How could we end the summer in a more beautiful way than by going in search of happiness?
We are setting ourselves quite a challenge with our next youth exchange, as we have set no smaller goal than finding happiness itself!
Soon, young people from Slovakia, Hungary, Turkey and Spain will arrive in Cristuru Secuiesc to join local participants and embark together on an exciting adventure to discover what truly makes us happy.
During the 8 days of The Dopamine Quest, we will take part in theoretical and practical activities, have fun and laugh, get to know each other, create together, and enjoy the familiar ATA and Erasmus+ atmosphere.
For one day, we will even put aside our phones and other smart devices. During our planned DETOX Day, we will challenge ourselves to spend zero minutes in front of a screen and find out whether it is easier to discover happiness when nothing is distracting us from it. What do you think?
We are sure that a few surprises are waiting for us too, as this mobility is very important and special for us: the end of the project coincides with A.T.A.’s 15th birthday celebration. This means that our participants will not only have the chance to dive into the search for their own happiness, but also to get a glimpse into our Happy Moments and gain some hands-on experience in the planning and organisation of a community event.
See you on 30 August in the garden of the Gyárfás Mansion, where we hope we will already have plenty to tell you about how we managed to find happiness!
