When we hear the word ‘debate culture’, we often don’t know where to put it, which is telling, as it is not a fundamental part of our current educational repertoire. It is this fundamental gap that our next youth exchange programme, named as CITIZENSHIP AND YOUTH, seeks to address with the help of two associations: APPC (Agissons ensemble) from France and Fortschritt Vision Diskurs from Germany.
