Emotional Management Training in Spain

The emotional management training in Spain was finally organized between the 2nd and 10th of September, within the framework of the strategic partnership “Emotional Management: Tool to  Fight Social Media Dependency”,  and with this the project was re-started  because it was suspended due to the current pandemic situation. Teachers, youth workers and representatives of mayor’s offices took part in the training. Our NGO was represented by Ágnes Constantinescu a mathematics teacher from Cristuru Secuiesc. Read her testimony below:

“I was lucky enough to participate in a training in Spain on behalf of the Youth Association from Transylvania. The training took place in Santa Maria de Cayon, Spain, from 2 to 10 September and it was about emotional management.

This is the first time I have attended this kind of further education. I really liked the scientific structure of the lectures, the addition of the theory with a lot of playful practice. I have learned things that I can use in my work when dealing with emotional problems and not only in school, but also in everyday life.

The lectures were in English, because the language of the project was English, so I was able to practice the language as well. I had the opportunity to meet know people from Spain and Portugal.

We also had the opportunity to relax so we could see some historical places and sights.

I am grateful to the management of the ATA for giving me the opportunity to gather many experiences and experiences.”

The project is funded by the European Commission through the Erasmus+ Program. Follow our website and Facebook page to find out more about the project.
